Did you know that you can showcase certifications on your LinkedIn profiles?
Certified ProAdvisors have often told us that they would like to be able to distinguish their public profiles, and stand out from their peers. Adding QuickBooks ProAdvisor certifications to your LinkedIn profile is a powerful way to showcase your expertise and attract new clients. On average, LinkedIn members with certifications receive 6x more views to their profile.1
To add your certifications to LinkedIn, follow these steps:
1. Click on one or more of the 'Add to Profile' buttons in the following section (Depending on which certifications you have completed).
2. If you are not already logged in to LinkedIn, you will be prompted to log in.
3. After logging in you will see a filled “Add to Profile” form, with the following title - "Want to add your Intuit, Inc. certification?"
4. To edit fields, click "Edit certification details". Do not modify ‘Name’ and ‘Authority’ fields. Leave ‘License’ blank.
5. For the 'URL’ field, feel free to include a link to your public Find-a-ProAdvisor profile, or a link to your hosted ‘certificate’.
6. Please add your certification date & expiration date where applicable, and click save.
